We provide facultative compensation

ERA-PACK doesn’t forget special need people whose integration in common work procedure is complicated. We actively create working places for handicapped people. In connection with our expansion we gradually increase number of employees with health limitation. At the same time we go on improving working conditions for those employees. It is understood as our contribution for improving life standard of Chrudim Region citizens.

Nowadays percentage of people with lower working capacity exceeds 50% of total number of our employees. We are a protected workshop. Our company meets the condition stated in §81, Clause 2, letter b), law number 435/2004 Collection of Laws, and we are authorised to provide our customers with “substitute observance certificate” which replaces the obligation to employ citizens with special needs.
